Gail Richards-Hemming is an experienced social worker registered with the Care Council for Wales. She has almost twelve years post qualification experience in Child and Family Social Work in the South Wales area.
Gail has experience of completing statutory assessments, working with children and families involved in the Looked After Children system, and assessing risk in Child Protection cases. Gail has also worked as an Independent Reviewing Officer and Child Protection Case Conference Chairperson.
With a huge passion for continuing professional development, Gail has undertaken significant training related to social work, child protection, counselling and education. Gail is a qualified teacher, has a degree in counselling, and a master's degree in Applied Social Studies. Gail currently works as an independent social worker for Noddfa Ltd.
